Residents and everyone in the audience got a refresher course of the American Revolution from the 5th grade students of Peninsula Heritage School , Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014. The 45-minute production showcased the important people of the Revolutionary War – John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, Betsy Ross, Mary Draper, just to name a few. The students, donned in beautiful costumes, delivered their lines impeccably.

Residents were very impressed with the performance which brought back memories. Jeannette Knapp, 3rd floor Resident, complimented the students and teachers. She told them she was born eight days after women received the right to vote.  What a  great reminiscing event!
