A Special Visit

I had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Jeanne Jugan Residence. The home is bright, peaceful and filled with love, but there is something very special about this place. There was a very clear sense of community and family that I experienced while I was with the sisters, employees and residents. Despite the many nationalities, backgrounds, cultures combined in this little home, there is no sign of disunity. I was particularly touched by how quickly I was welcomed into this family. Although I am back in Texas, I will certainly never forget the sweet residents, employees and sisters of the Jeanne Jugan Home.
