This year the Legends Car Club of San Pedro contributed $500 to the Little Sisters of the Poor as a Christmas donation. The check was presented by (Left to Right) Pat Califano, Fundraising Rep.; Benedict D’Aquanno, Pres.; and Steve Bates, Treasurer.
The Legends Car Club is known for its annual Car Show by the Sea which it hosts with the San Pedro Lions Club. The car show is held at Point Fermin and is a day of fun for the entire family. It is a day of food, live music, and beautiful classic and antique cars.
The Car Show by the Sea is sponsored by generous donations which help raise money for both local and Lions Club charities. 15th District Councilwoman Janice Hahn and the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks lend their full support to this event.
